Your iPhone 11 has been dropped, as a result your screen is broken and the glass is cracked as a result of the drop. Dead pixels can appear on your screen and it is also possible that the touch does not work at all or that some keys do not respond, although the glass is not broken. You may also be in a situation where your iPhone's touch is bugging: The touch is working by itself and your iPhone's touch has become uncontrollable. More worrying: You can't see anything on your iPhone 11 screen anymore, its display is black even though you are sure it is on.
Your iPhone 11 has been dropped and unfortunately the glass back is broken. You have called for official service and you are asked to pay an absurd amount of money to replace your iPhone device entirely with another one. You may have heard that the broken back glass simply cannot be replaced. The volume buttons on your iPhone 11 are not working, what can I do ? Perhaps there is dirt in your iPhone, the dust can prevent the silent button to go up and down normally. At first we advise you to take your toothbrush and scrub the buttons to try to unblock the buttons that do not work anymore. If after cleaning you are still unable to raise and/or lower the volume, if it is impossible to switch the iPhone to silent mode via the switch button or if the silent mode locks up and deactivates itself. It is more than likely that the part is defective and that your iPhone needs to be repaired.
